Processing Time

We usually get things moving pretty fast. Most orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after you place them (excluding weekends and holidays). We’ll treat your order with care, and yes, we make sure it’s properly packed so your frames arrive safe and sound.

Delivery Options

We’ve got two ways to ship your order:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Arrives in about 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping ($4.99): Typically takes 3–5 business days

Once your order is out the door, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on things.

Tracking & Updates

You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your package ships. That way, you’ll know exactly when to expect it no guesswork needed.

During Busy Times

Around big holidays or sales, shipping might take a little longer than usual. We’ll still do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we can. Thanks in advance for your patience!

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the U.S. If you’re ordering from a more remote area, delivery might take a bit longer. We don’t offer split shipping to multiple addresses, just one destination per order.

Taxes & Fees

No surprises at checkout. The price you see is what you pay; tax is already included, and we don’t add any hidden charges.

Order Cutoff

If you place your order before 10:00 PM on a business day (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York), we’ll usually start processing it that same day. Orders after that time will be handled the next business day.

RETURN & WARRANTY

We get it; sometimes things don’t turn out how you expected. Maybe the fit’s off. Maybe it’s just not your style. Either way, no stress; we’re here to help sort it out.

Need to Return Something?

If you’ve changed your mind, or the glasses just aren’t what you were hoping for, you can send them back. We ask that you do it within 30 days of getting your order. Make sure they’re still in like-new condition, meaning no scratches, no wear, and still in the case if possible.

Here’s what to do:

  • Include your order number and a short note about why you’re returning
  • If something arrived damaged, a couple of photos would really help

We’ll get back to you with return instructions, usually within a day.

Refund Process

Once we’ve got your return and checked it over, we’ll approve the refund and send the money back to your original payment method. This part typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

You’ll get an email from us when everything’s done. If it’s been a while and nothing shows up, just let us know; sometimes banks take their time.

Return Shipping

Here’s the breakdown:

  • If it was our mistake (wrong item, defect, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • If it’s a preference thing (wrong size, not your style), you’ll need to pay for return postage.

Damaged on Arrival?
That’s never fun. Let us know within a few days and include a photo or two; we’ll replace the item or refund you, no hassle.

Wrong Glasses or Order?
Oops. We’ll take care of that quickly. Just let us know what went wrong, and we’ll get the correct item sent your way.

Didn’t Get Your Package?
If it’s late, let’s look into it. Sometimes it’s a carrier delay; other times it’s gone missing. We’ll figure it out and either resend it or give you a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? If the order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll cancel it for you. Just email us as soon as you can. After it ships, we’ll need to go through the return process instead.
